A. As with any customer service, the cost to a client varies depending on the time and detail given that any given project involves. In any aspect of our service, we are more then willing to work out a solution to your specific needs, and that includes sticking to a predetermined budget if necessary.

A. We pride ourselves on our diverse selection of satisifed clients. When we say that we can offer you glowing references, we don't mean that to be taken as solely residential. Our commercial clients find that we know exactly how to meet their needs. When it comes to cleaning, our Turn Over Service is an excellent resource for landlord management firms. On commercial buildings, the evidence of vandalism, such as graffiti, can be removed or covered to your specifications. There are many more services we can offer you depending on what you need. Just let us know! Again, if you desire references, we have a long list of either commercial or residential clients we will be happy to provide for you.

A. At this time, TKO serves what we like to call the Greater Puget area. This means anywhere from Lynnwood to Tacoma. A. You may have seen one of our ads seeking "domestic goddesses" in your local paper, and that is a great resource for us. However, our favorite way to hire is to approach someone we know embodies what we are looking for in an associate. When we find that special person that fits the bill, we off them a competitive wage, let them set their own hours and pace, offer to compensate for travel, cleaning expenses, and encourage them to give us feedback so we know they are as happy to be here as we are to have them.

A. We are ALWAYS looking for that proverbial star! If you or someone you know has a passion for a job well done and knows their way around a vacuum or paint brush, we are excited to have a look at a resume or application. Experience is nice, but not necessary and a great attitude is a must. Often, our employees work alone in an empty house, but occasionally we work in teams for big jobs, and you never know when someone will come home early. For this reason, we ask that any applicants play well alone and with others. We also require a criminal background check, without exception. If you feel that you may not pass a criminal background check, we ask that you not apply, as you simply will not be hired. We know this seems harsh, but the trust of our clients is important to us, and they have to know that we are watching out for them.
